At present, logging trucks are generally controlled manually. In horizontal well testing, in order to obtain a constant logging speed and avoid accidents such as cable twisting, cable breaking, and instrument falling into the well, operators are required to pay attention to the changes in cable tension and frequently adjust the winch drum controller, which undoubtedly increases the working intensity and psychological pressure of operators. In fact, this logging operation requires experienced masters to take charge. Otherwise, it is likely to cause the test data to be invalid. The constant tension logging intelligent control system is a constant tension intelligent control system that we have fully understood the logging conditions and jointly developed with logging companies.     The core of this design is PLUS 1Vehicle-level special controller, the system is designed with control panel, display, tension meter, Martin dyke encoder, etc. The mode switching valve is controlled through the mode switching switch on the control panel to determine whether the electromagnetic proportional tension valve is connected or the manual tension valve is connected. In the manual mode, the displacement of the proportional pump is controlled by the opening of the handle to adjust the logging speed. In the automatic control mode, through the adjustment of the current of the electromagnetic proportional tension servo valve connected to the servo oil cylinder, the lifting tension of the roller is controlled. The tension can be collected by a tension meter. The tension size and compensation amount of each well can be initially set through the display screen. Through Martin Dayke's encoder, the lowering depth of the steel cable can be measured, and the tension size can compensate for the lowering depth. In manual control mode, the operation mode is the same as that of the traditional logging truck, and the original operation habits are retained. In the automatic constant tension mode, the lifting tension and lowering tension control modes are switched through the lifting and lowering mode knobs of the panel, which is more in line with the actual requirements of logging and stabilizes the tension.

    The automatic tension control mode can reduce the labor intensity of operators and ensure the accuracy of logging data.
