Paver double crawler walking control-GDP control system

The GDP software is mainly aimed at the closed-loop walking control of domestic pavers. The electrical system will consist of a 24-pin controller, a DP200 display, a travel control handle, speed setting potentiometer, steering potentiometer, mode switch and calibration switch. The hydraulic system is mainly composed of two electric proportional hydraulic pumps and two motors. The main control function of the software is to accurately control the speed of the two crawlers when the paver is working, so that the paver can keep walking in a straight line.

    1.system composition

    Electrical system mainly consists of: MC024-010Controller, DP200 display, walking control handle (friction positioning), speed setting potentiometer, steering potentiometer, mode switch, calibration switch. In addition, there are two motor speed potentiometers as feedback signals, and the four PWM outputs control the four coils of the two electronically controlled hydraulic pumps.

     

    2.Detailed Description

    1)The calibration switch is used to set the calibration process. If the calibration switch is detected to be closed when the machine is started, the calibration mode will be entered.

    2)All input control devices shall be calibrated at the first commissioning.

    3)Travel Control Lever Use 3-The sensors module is calibrated. After calibration, the handle signal needs to be added with a ramp function and the appropriate corresponding curve is selected. The corresponding parameters can be modified.

    4)Speed setting potentiometer use 2-The sensor module is calibrated.

    5)Steering potentiometer use 2-The sensors module is calibrated. The calibrated steering signal needs to be added with a ramp function and an appropriate corresponding curve is selected. The corresponding parameters can be modified.

    6)The control current of the pump needs to be calibrated at the first start, and the corresponding starting current and large current are set for the two pumps respectively.

    7)DP200Display via CANThe bus is connected with the controller to display the traveling speed, working time and fault information of the paver. And in the calibration process as a tool to use.

     

    Description of main functions

    The travel control handle sets the forward and reverse direction of the paver and, together with the high speed setting potentiometer, sets the travel speed of the paver. The steering potentiometer sets the steering direction and the magnitude of the steering angle of the paver. When the paver is in working mode, the walking in the forward direction is controlled by closed-loop walking, and the controller will collect the motor speed potentiometer as a feedback signal, which is controlled by PID.The algorithm controls the current output to the hydraulic pump to keep the paver walking straight. Back or transition mode is loop control.
