Electronically controlled anti-skid system

The anti-skid electronic control system is used to control the hydrostatic walking machine with a pump/multi-motor as the driving system to reduce tire idling or slipping. When the torque applied to the wheel exceeds the friction between the tire and the ground, the slip phenomenon occurs. The anti-slip electronic control system can detect this phenomenon and reduce the torque applied to the slipping wheel accordingly.

    System Overview:

       The anti-skid electronic control system is used to control a pump./Domada is a hydrostatic walking machine with a drive system to achieve the purpose of reducing tire idling or slipping.

    When the torque applied to the wheel exceeds the friction between the tire and the ground, the slip phenomenon occurs. The anti-slip electronic control system can detect this phenomenon and reduce the torque applied to the slipping wheel accordingly.

      The anti-skid electronic control system can adapt the vehicle to different types of roads and improve the reliability and safe of the vehicle.

     The system receives signals by default including: each motor speed and direction signal, variable pumpA/BPort pressure signal, front and rear wheel angle sensor signal, and external input drive walking command, function enable switch, vehicle drive status. These signals are calculated and logically processed by the anti-skid electronic control program, and various drive commands are output to the electronically controlled variable pump and motor.

    System features and principles:

       When the vehicle is traveling on a slippery and muddy road, it needs to have enough traction to ensure that the vehicle runs normally safe and completes the work. The anti-skid electronic control system provides a suitable traction control scheme to reduce wheel slip by intelligently managing the rotation speed of each wheel(Idling), So as to optimize the driving performance of the vehicle and ensure safe driving.

    The pictorial example is a hydraulically driven vehicle system. When the motor speed sensor detects that the road adhesion is too low, the anti-slip electronic control program dynamically reduces the displacement of the corresponding motor.
