The "Shandong Province New-Era Model Individual in the Post-Performance Labor Competition" is a prestigious accolade established by the Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to recognize outstanding individuals who have excelled in their roles, achieved remarkable results, and set exemplary standards during labor competitions at various levels. These individuals have made significant contributions to building a strong, modern socialist province in the new era. As a frontline R&D engineer at the HHH Research Institute, Comrade Qi is deeply committed to his work, consistently focusing on advanced power transmission system technologies tailored for China’s cutting-edge mechanical equipment. Furthermore, his leadership in the Shandong Provincial Marine Economy Innovation and Development Regional Demonstration Project—focused on "R&D and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Marine Vessel Propulsion and Offshore Engineering Equipment Power Positioning Systems"—has positioned Shandong as a leader in marine innovation within the region.
