The walking system includes a full-hydraulic travel solution and a hydrostatic transmission with a wet-type torque converter and axle design. For loaders with a capacity of 2 cubic meters or less, a static hydraulic system can be used for propulsion, while loaders exceeding 2 cubic meters rely on a hydrodynamic transmission system. The vehicle’s overall hydraulic and transmission systems primarily consist of the traveling system, steering system, braking system, and bucket operation system.
1. Travel System: The hydraulic system is divided into two main categories—conventional hydraulic systems and remote-control systems. It features hydrostatic closed-loop drive for smooth movement, hydraulic steering mechanism operation, and fully hydraulic braking control. The remote-control system combines remote operation with onboard controls, utilizing a wireless remote as its core control unit, paired with a Danfoss controller. Operators can seamlessly switch between local and remote control modes. The remote control communicates with the controller via a CAN bus, ensuring a compact wiring layout, high reliability, low cost, and exceptional performance. This setup enables full remote control of traveling, steering, braking, and operational functions, significantly enhancing overall operational stability.
2. Braking System: Equipped with a dual-circuit or fuel-cut braking system to ensure the vehicle's braking stability.
The steering system consists of a steering valve and an accumulator. Excess flow from the steering valve is directed to the working system, while the steering gear pump and the work gear pump operate in tandem to minimize energy consumption.
3. Engine Cooling System: Powered by an open-loop variable hydraulic fan, this system uses a temperature sensor to dynamically adjust the fan speed in real time. This helps reduce energy consumption while enhancing the engine's operational efficiency.
