Product Description

The 90-series variable pumps can be paired with 90-series motors or other types of hydraulic components to create hydraulic drive systems, enabling fluid transmission and control. The 90-series products are primarily designed for use in closed-loop systems. As compact, high-power-density hydraulic components, these pumps feature a parallel arrangement of axial pistons and swashplates, with the ability to adjust the piston stroke via an adjustable swashplate—thus allowing seamless control of pump displacement. Additionally, the direction of oil flow at the pump outlet changes dynamically based on the swashplate’s orientation, enabling effortless switching between forward and reverse rotation of the motor’s output shaft.

The integrated make-up pump on the 90 series pumps provides the system with supplementary hydraulic oil, cools the fluid, and supplies the pressure oil required for control functions. An optional range of auxiliary mounting flanges is available on the rear end cover of the pump, enabling users to meet the tandem-pump requirements in various applications. Multiple control options are also available to suit the specific needs of different systems—ranging from manual control to electric and electro-hydraulic control. The design concept of the 90 series motors also features a parallel arrangement of axial piston/slipper units, with either fixed or variable swashplates. These motors can operate in both forward and reverse directions. Additionally, an optional circuit flushing valve can be fitted to the motor, allowing for efficient circulation, cooling, and filtration of working hydraulic oil in closed-loop systems.
