Firefighting robots are specialized robotic systems designed for fire suppression and emergency rescue operations, primarily deployed in hazardous disaster scenarios such as chemical plants, tunnels, and subway systems. They often feature a tank-like tracked chassis, equipped with explosion-proof materials, high-temperature-resistant protective systems, and powerful firefighting water cannons.

The hydraulic system uses a closed-loop system to drive the tracked locomotion, featuring an S45 electro-hydraulic variable displacement piston pump paired with Lick-Chuan’s wheel-end motors. Meanwhile, an open-loop system incorporates a 45-series variable displacement piston pump working in conjunction with PVG valves to control the water cannon’s pitch and swing movements, along with a booster pump for additional pressure.
