The H1B series motor is a bent-axis integrated spherical piston variable motor.
The motor design is tailored to integrate with other products in a closed-loop system, enabling the efficient transmission and control of hydraulic energy.
The H1B series motors feature a high large-to-small displacement ratio of 5:1, along with exceptional high-speed output capability.
The motor mounting flanges come in three types: SAE, DIN, and cartridge-style. The main pressure ports can be either axial or radial—both are designed to withstand high-pressure oil—and a circuit flush valve is available as an optional feature. Multiple control options are available to meet the diverse needs of various applications. Typically, the motor starts at its maximum displacement, delivering the high torque required for rapid acceleration during vehicle startup. In all control modes, the servo control oil is sourced directly from the high-pressure side of the circuit. Whether the motor is operating in motor mode or pump mode, the pressure compensator overrides the servo control oil to precisely regulate changes in motor displacement. To prevent the motor from entering pump mode during vehicle deceleration or braking, a function is available that disables the pressure compensator during braking.
The pressure compensation feature ensures a low-pressure rise within its operational range, enabling efficient energy utilization across the motor's full displacement variation. Speed sensors are available as an optional accessory for motors of all displacements and compatible with various mounting flange types. These speed sensors integrate functionality to simultaneously monitor the following parameters:
• Speed
• Direction
• Temperature
Electrical control features a special design to enable plug-and-play compatibility with the Sauer-Danfoss Plus+1 TM series of microcontrollers.
