Over the years, the center has built a strong R&D capability, backed by a talented team of experienced professionals who have developed numerous mature technologies.
At the same time, we have established a robust industry-academia-research center in collaboration with Harbin Institute of Technology, while maintaining close partnerships with renowned universities in the industry, such as Zhejiang University and Jilin University of Technology. As a result, our systems have found extensive applications across diverse sectors—including construction machinery, road-building equipment, agricultural and forestry machinery, petroleum equipment, coal mining and metallurgical machinery, marine auxiliary systems, as well as specialized vehicles for airports and firefighting operations. Our company boasts a reliable, frontline service team and is equipped with an advanced electro-hydraulic integrated test bench. Featuring key components such as Danfoss hydraulic parts and electronic control elements, we can perform fully automated testing at the BaseModel and PVG Build Center. This includes factory-level testing of open-type pumps, closed-type pumps, multi-way valves, and cartridge valve assemblies, as well as comprehensive tests for electronic control components—measuring critical parameters like pressure, flow rate, and efficiency, and displaying corresponding performance curves. These capabilities ensure top-notch quality control throughout the production process for both pumps and multi-way valves, while also providing a dependable solution for real-time simulation, modeling, and fault detection in electro-hydraulic systems. In addition to our state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled workforce, we maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts to meet customer needs. To accommodate this, we’ve established a dedicated 600-square-meter warehouse stocked with over 18 million yuan worth of spare and complete components, ensuring prompt support for both production and after-sales service.

Maintenance Details
The Maintenance Department has official authorization from Danfoss, and all spare parts are sourced directly from Danfoss.
Equipped with an electro-hydraulic integrated test bench and various online pressure and visual inspection instruments.
We can handle repairs for various models of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors rated at 250 ml/r and up to 40 MPa, as well as provide repair services for both imported and domestically produced gear reducers.
