The loader is a type of construction machinery widely used in fields such as construction, mining, and ports. It’s primarily designed for tasks like scooping, transporting, and unloading bulk materials (such as sand, gravel, coal, ore, etc.) or performing light excavation work. 1. Propulsion Systems: Options include hydrostatic drive, electric drive, and hydraulic transmission systems for vehicle movement. Hydrostatic transmission allows the system to detect engine speed via a speed sensor, enabling the controller to adjust the variable pump’s displacement in response to changes in engine RPM, thus achieving automatic control of vehicle operation.

2. Steering System and Work System: Offers both quantitative pump parallel-flow solutions and variable-displacement pump systems, combined with priority valves for priority steering and bypass functionality in the work system.

3. Fan System: Offers open-variable hydraulic fan drive, open-fixed-displacement hydraulic fan drive, and closed-variable hydraulic fan drive. The open-variable hydraulic system can adjust the fan speed proportionally based on parameters such as water temperature, intake air temperature, torque converter oil temperature, hydraulic oil temperature, and drive axle temperature—along with forward/reverse rotation modes.
