    Comrade Qi Yongbin, Senior Engineer at the HHH Cooperation MACH. ELEC.CO., LTD. Research Institute, has been honorably awarded the title of "2022 Shandong Province New-Era Model Individual in the Post-Performance Labor Competition" for his exceptional professional skills and dedication to excellence! The "Shandong Province New-Era Model Individual in the Post-Performance Labor Competition" is a prestigious accolade established by the Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to recognize outstanding individuals who have excelled in their roles, achieved remarkable results, and set exemplary standards during labor competitions at various levels. These individuals have made significant contributions to building a strong, modern socialist province in the new era. As a frontline R&D engineer at the HHH Research Institute, Comrade Qi is deeply committed to his work, consistently focusing on advanced power transmission system technologies tailored for China’s cutting-edge mechanical equipment. His efforts are aimed at narrowing the gap between China’s high-end industrial capabilities and the world’s leading technological standards. Notably, the "Key Technologies and Application Project for the XK28 Series Ultra-Heavy CNC Gantry Boring, Milling, and Turning Center," which he spearheaded or contributed to, successfully filled a critical domestic technology gap. Additionally, his involvement in the development of the MKW5230A/3×160 Large-Scale Precision CNC Gantry Rail Grinder earned the project a place among the nation’s major science and technology initiatives. Furthermore, his leadership in the Shandong Provincial Marine Economy Innovation and Development Regional Demonstration Project—focused on "R&D and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Marine Vessel Propulsion and Offshore Engineering Equipment Power Positioning Systems"—has positioned Shandong as a leader in marine innovation within the region. In 2021, Comrade Qi was appointed as a member of the Expert Committee by the Shandong Provincial Association of Equipment Manufacturing and was honored with the "Outstanding Engineer of the Year 2021" award from the same association. That same year, in April, he was recognized as one of the "Top Ten Employee Innovation Stars" by the Gaoli District Federation of Trade Unions.
