Each Comatrol cartridge valve matches a Comatrol standard cartridge port. These ports are designed according to either SAE or metric standards. In many cases, these cartridge ports are interchangeable with those manufactured by other suppliers.

We offer mini steering gears ranging from 32 to 100 cm³/rev, as well as steering units from 40 to 1200 cm³/rev. Additionally, we provide priority valves, flow amplifiers, and electro-hydraulic steering systems equipped with GPS, row sensors, variable steering ratios, and handle-operated steering options—enabling manual steering even in heavy-duty vehicles.
Performance characteristics of the steering gear
● Low steering torque: Normal steering conditions range from 0.5 N•m to 3 N•m
● Low noise
● Low pressure drop
● Available in multiple types: Happy Non-Responsive, Happy Responsive, Power-First, Closed-Heart Non-Responsive, Load-Sensitive, and Load-Sensitive Responsive
● One or more built-in functional valves: relief valve, buffer valve, replenishment valve, and check valves in the P-line and LS-line.
● A variety of oil port types available (according to ISO, SAE, or DIN standards)
