On December 13, HHH Group hosted a speech event titled "Strengthening Responsibility, Elevating Professionalism," organized by the HR General Office and the Administration Office, featuring participants who watched the film *Chinese Captain* and shared their reflections afterward. The carefully prepared speakers delivered engaging and inspiring speeches, showcasing their unique talents and captivating audiences with every word. Each presentation left a profound impact on the hearts of listeners, as speakers drew from their own real-world experiences to articulate their perspectives on "responsibility" and "professionalism"—offering fresh insights and thought-provoking viewpoints through diverse angles and approaches. Their exceptional speaking skills truly shone throughout the event. Chairwoman Ms. Zhang Shu delivered a heartfelt address to kick off the event. Before the speeches began, attendees participated in a lively pre-event activity: "Pass the Flower While Beating the Drum." Throughout the event, speakers confidently displayed their charisma and showcased their outstanding public speaking abilities, sharing personal insights into what it means to embrace responsibility and elevate professional standards—each delivering a message that resonated deeply with the audience. Judges provided fair and impartial evaluations, offering constructive feedback and recognizing each speaker's contributions. Mr. Yue Yonghong presented awards and certificates of honor to the third-place winners. Mr. Sheng Tongfei honored the second-place recipients with prizes and certificates. Finally, Chairwoman Zhang personally awarded the first-place winner with a special prize and certificate of recognition. Ms. Zhang Shu also presented a generous "General Manager’s Red Envelope" to the outstanding VIP employees from the previous quarter, capturing memorable photos with them as a token of appreciation.
