Organized by the Changsha Municipal Government and guided by the Provincial and Municipal Commissions of Industry and Information Technology, the fair was hosted by the Organizing Committee of the 2019 China (Changsha) International Construction Machinery Exhibition. It received strong support from industry leaders, associations, and platforms, including Zoomlion, Sany Heavy Industry, Sunward Intelligent Equipment, Xiongbo Heavy Industry, Easy Auction, and China Construction Machinery Commerce Network. The trading event featured more than 200 units of used construction machinery, covering equipment such as concrete machinery and cranes.
