On July 29, all employees of Weihai HHH Mechanical & Electrical Systems gathered in the large conference room on the 6th floor for the 2016-2017 Annual Summary and Recognition Meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Sun Lu from the company’s Human Resources Department. General Manager Sheng Tongfei and other senior executives delivered inspiring speeches, highlighting the company’s achievements in 2016 and outlining the key priorities for 2017. They provided a comprehensive assessment of the company’s performance over the past year, warmly acknowledging the hard work and dedication of all employees. At the same time, they also emphasized areas where improvements are needed, setting clear development goals and directions for 2017–2018. Following this, the company recognized and rewarded outstanding performers across various business units. Winners from the Sales, Technology, Administration, Maintenance, and R&D teams took to the stage to receive their well-deserved awards, earning high praise from both the Chairman and the General Manager. To wrap up the event, Chairman Zhang Shu shared his strategic insights, presenting the company’s 2017–2018 action plan to全体员工. He clearly articulated the organization’s objectives and introduced a guiding motto of "Openness & Incentive, Clear Goals, Collaborative Strength, and Continuous Growth," underscoring his unwavering confidence in HHH’s bright and dynamic future!
