The assessment team conducted an on-site inspection of the "Key Technology Research and Industrialization of Dynamic Positioning Systems for Marine Vessels and Offshore Engineering Equipment" project. During the visit, team leaders and experts went directly into the factory workshops, listened carefully to the project leader’s progress report, and engaged in detailed discussions, asking probing questions about the completion of technical milestones and the efficient use of funds. The team positively praised the project for its high technological content, clear development goals, robust product innovation, and significant demonstration value.
