On September 25, HHH Mechatronics held its annual summary conference solemnly in the conference room on the sixth floor of the Comprehensive Building, simultaneously sharing the event live via online video with branch offices and representative offices located elsewhere. Over 80 members of the company’s management team and employees attended the meeting, during which five outstanding employees—including Sun Jianjun—and three specialists recognized for their exceptional skills—led by Ye Xuguang—were honored.

Over 80 members of the company’s management team and employees attended the meeting, during which five outstanding employees—including Sun Jianjun—and three specialists recognized for their exceptional skills—led by Ye Xuguang—were honored.
The meeting began with a review of the "2014-2015 Business Overview," during which Mr. Jin Quan, Assistant General Manager, summarized the company’s performance across business, market, commerce, and R&D projects for the year, while also highlighting the challenges currently facing the organization. Next, General Manager Mr. Sheng presented the "2015-2016 Work Priorities and Goals," emphasizing that the company’s primary objective for this year is to prevent further declines in sales revenue and ensure that operating profits continue to grow steadily—never shrink. He then outlined specific sales targets for the upcoming year and addressed the current issues of high inventory levels and substantial accounts receivable, proposing strategic measures aimed at boosting revenue streams while tightening cost controls. Following this, Deputy General Manager Mr. Bai Yang delivered a speech on behalf of the Military Products Division, detailing the division’s key priorities and long-term development plans for the year. In addition, Yao Guozhang, Li Yanchun, and Sun Hechan each shared insightful presentations titled "How to Enhance Value-Based Services," offering technical and sales perspectives to drive innovation and customer satisfaction. To conclude the event, Chairwoman Ms. Zhang Shu introduced the rallying cry: "Advance with the Times, Elevate Our Progress, Embrace the Golden Era." She also candidly acknowledged both HHH’s strengths and areas for improvement, expressing her confidence in the new leadership team to guide the company through a transformative journey—leading HHH’s workforce toward unprecedented success and renewal.
This meeting lasted a total of four hours, providing a comprehensive review of the company's performance from the previous year, as well as offering constructive insights into the key priorities and initiatives for the upcoming year. We are confident that all our team members will achieve new heights in the coming year, striving to learn from our outstanding employees along the way.
