On September 25, the Renhe Electromechanical Annual Summary Conference was solemnly held in the conference room on the sixth floor of the complex. At the same time, it was shared with foreign branches and offices in the form of online video. More than 80 people from all the management and staff of the company attended the meeting. The meeting commended 5 outstanding employees including Sun Jianjun and 3 experts including Ye Xuguang.
The meeting first listened to the "2014-2015 Business Introduction". On behalf of the company, Mr. Jin Quan, Assistant General Manager, summarized the business, market, business, research and development projects and the current problems of the company. Next, General Manager Sheng Zong introduced the "Priorities and Objectives for 2015-2016". Sheng Zong pointed out that our company's basic goal for this year is to strive for no further decline in sales revenue and ensure that operating profits only increase. And broke down the specific sales task indicators for the new year, and at the same time, in view of the current situation of high inventory and large accounts receivable, put forward measures to increase revenue and reduce expenditure; then, on behalf of the military products division, Mr. Bai Yang, deputy general manager, made a speech on "the work focus and development plan of the military products division this year"; at the same time, yao Guozhang, Li Yanchun and Sun Hecan made special reports on "How to Improve Value Service" from the perspectives of technology and sales respectively. At the end of the conference, the chairman of the board, Ms. Zhang Shu, put forward the slogan of "keeping pace with the times, promoting progress and embracing the golden age", and pointed out the problem of people's pride and people's cooperation. He looked forward to the new management leadership team and led all his colleagues to rebirth and become extraordinary;
This meeting lasted for four hours, comprehensively summarized the company's situation in the previous year, and put forward the work plan and focus for the new year to the point. I believe all our staff will make a new leap in the new year and strive to learn from outstanding employees.
