On June 19, basking in the sunlight, we planted seeds of hope—working up a sweat on our company’s very own land. Each tiny seed passed through our hands, gently resting in the rich, fertile soil, where it began to take root, sprout, and eventually blossom, all while nurturing the hopes we held for its future growth—and ultimately bearing abundant, life-filled fruit. Though the labor was certainly hard, being together with colleagues, collaborating and supporting one another, sharing laughter and conversation along the way, made the experience truly rewarding. Through this simple yet meaningful act, I found myself reflecting deeply: this process of planting, nurturing, and waiting mirrors not only our daily work but even the journey of life itself.

It seems as though the Creator, caught in a moment of slumber, carelessly tossed them into harsh, unforgiving environments. But far from wallowing in self-pity, these resilient beings stubbornly cultivate their own patches of earth—and in doing so, they not only survive but truly shine, living out their lives with remarkable beauty and strength.
Cultivate your own land with courage, ensuring that the garden of your soul never grows barren. As the saying goes, "You reap what you sow"—for the HHH team, HHH itself is a vast and fertile field. As long as we work diligently today, we’ll surely reap the bountiful rewards of our efforts tomorrow.

The Creator brought us into this world not to make us endlessly complain about our living conditions, but to give us the opportunity to cultivate our own paradise. After all, if everyone were handed fertile soil, where would the joy of farming come from?
