Leaders from Weihai City and the High-tech Zone Management Committee, along with professors from Shandong University's Weihai Campus, attended the event as special guests.

Leaders from Weihai City and the High-tech Zone Management Committee, along with professors from Shandong University's Weihai Campus, attended the event as special guests.
Mr. Kong Qinghe currently serves as the President of the US-China Cultural Exchange Promotion Association, the New York Bureau Chief of *World Chinese Weekly*, and a part-time Professor at the International Institute of Cultural Studies within the Creative Center of Donghua University in Shanghai. Drawing from his own rich life experiences, Mr. Kong shared with the audience a dialectical perspective on "Personal Growth and Collective Development," offering valuable insights into how individuals can achieve greater success and fulfillment. The atmosphere at the lecture was vibrant and engaging, with HHH employees enthusiastically participating in lively discussions and interactions with Mr. Kong. Attendees delved deeply into the timeless wisdom encapsulated in the saying, "People strive upward, while water flows naturally downward." Mr. Kong also generously shared his firsthand experiences living in the United States, providing HHH employees with profound reflections on what it truly means to define "high" and "low," "fast" and "slow," as well as the critical interplay between individual effort and collective strength—topics that resonate deeply with everyone’s professional journey. In closing, Ms. Zhang Shu, Chairwoman of HHH Mechatronics, summarized the event by encouraging HHH employees to stay motivated, embrace challenges with optimism, and continuously strive for personal and professional growth. She also expressed gratitude to Mr. Kong for his outstanding contributions to fostering cultural exchange between China and the U.S. The event concluded on a high note, with warm applause from both HHH employees and esteemed guests, marking the successful end of this inspiring and thought-provoking gathering.
