On May 10, the "2019 Annual Council Forum on Military-Civilian Integration," hosted jointly by the China North Vehicle Research Institute, the Office of the Weihai Municipal Committee for Military-Civil Fusion Development under the CPC, the Weihai Development and Reform Commission, and the Weihai Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and organized by HHH Cooperation MACH. ELEC.CO., LTD. and Triangle Tire Co., Ltd., was grandly held in the picturesque city of Weihai, Shandong Province.

The conference was held under the theme "Openness, Efficiency, Collaboration, and Shared Success." Cao Hui, Director of the China North Vehicle Research Institute and Chairman of the Board, along with Deputy Director Liu Yong, Zhang Shu, Chairman of HHH Cooperation MACH. ELEC.CO., LTD., and Lin Xiaobin, General Manager of Triangle Tire Co., Ltd., delivered opening remarks at the event. Nearly 120 experts and representatives from relevant council members—including entities from the public security sector, universities, research institutes, as well as manufacturers specializing in riot vehicles and vehicle components—attended the meeting.

The conference featured a full-day session of specialized academic presentations, with keynote speeches delivered by Li Wei, researcher at the China Institute of Modern International Relations; Wang Yuming, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Mao Ming, Chief Scientist at China North Industries Group Corporation; Lawrence, a globally renowned vehicle expert; and Feng Fuyong, an expert from the National Engineering Laboratory for High-Mobility Riot Control Vehicle Technology.
The domestic upgrade and replacement project for highly mobile, riot-control vehicles has gradually entered the production and deployment phase. The design philosophy—emphasizing platform-based, modular, multi-functional, and series-oriented approaches—has now reached a new level. As a result, developing a completely new, high-mobility riot-control vehicle platform has become an urgent priority. This academic conference specifically focuses on cutting-edge technological innovations across various specialized fields, outlining product upgrade roadmaps, and exploring innovative models for the creation, development, and manufacturing of next-generation high-mobility riot-control vehicles.
