Ms. Yang, HR Director of the company, warmly welcomed the new employees on behalf of Chairwoman Ms. Zhang Shu, officially welcoming them to the HHH family! She conveyed the company leadership's heartfelt care for the newcomers and expressed their sincere hope that the new team members will align their growth with the company’s development, thriving, advancing, and evolving together.
At the beginning of the training, Director Sun from the General Office provided an in-depth analysis and explanation of the company’s development history, its organizational structure, and relevant HR and administrative policies. He patiently addressed questions raised by the new employees, helping them gain a thorough understanding of the company. Meanwhile, General Manager Ren from the Planning & Information Department vividly outlined HHH’s corporate culture system and the company’s unique "Water" culture, enabling the new hires to grasp the deeper cultural values embedded in the company’s vision, mission, business philosophy, and spirit. Additionally, Manager Cai from the Finance Center offered a detailed breakdown of financial management regulations and key considerations, ensuring that the new employees fully understand the financial center’s rules and procedures. IT Engineer Ding provided a detailed presentation on the company’s internal software applications and network-related matters, ensuring that new employees clearly understand the company’s guidelines for managing and using network information.
At the end of the training, the new employees enthusiastically shared that this experience had given them a unique and inspiring feeling. They expressed their commitment to diligently adhering to the company’s rules and regulations, strengthening the company’s brand, promoting its culture, and upholding the corporate spirit of "Everyone strives for excellence, collaboration builds success; everyone achieves success through outstanding teamwork."
