In June 2021, the first batch of two orchard harvesting platforms destined for New Zealand successfully completed product acceptance through a live video demonstration on-site. During the acceptance process, HHH Hydraulic’s sales team meticulously showcased the vehicle’s overall appearance to the customer, demonstrating each function one by one and providing detailed explanations of the control panel. This hands-on approach allowed the client to thoroughly inspect and approve the product firsthand. Additionally, the company provided customers with pre-recorded instructional videos and comprehensive operation manuals as part of the delivery package.

Addressing the growing demand from international customers for smart machinery due to labor shortages, HHH Hydraulics has upgraded its original electric-powered orchard harvesting platform by replacing the lead-acid battery with a lithium battery and integrating an advanced automatic obstacle-avoidance feature. This innovation enables the platform to achieve near-semi-autonomous operation, perfectly aligning with the environmental and automation expectations of customers in Europe, North America, and Oceania. Additionally, newly introduced optional accessories—such as electric shears, solar charging panels, and power inverters—significantly expand the range of choices available to customers.
