From August 20 to 22, Weihai HHH Mechanical & Electrical underwent the annual surveillance audit of its quality management system, conducted by the New Era Certification Audit Team. This audit marked the company’s first annual review since transitioning to the new version of the ISO 9001 quality management system. The audit team conducted a thorough and comprehensive assessment of the company’s QMS implementation, verifying the system’s ongoing effectiveness, adequacy, and suitability. The audit confirmed that the system not only meets the standard requirements but also operates efficiently.

After three days of meticulous work, the audit team conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of the company’s organizational structure, standard operating procedures, process management, and resource allocation—all grounded in quality management system standards. They fully fulfilled their role as supervisory auditors, leveraging their extensive experience to offer constructive feedback and practical, actionable improvement plans. This not only broadened their managerial perspectives but also provided clear direction for future quality initiatives.
During the final meeting of the assessment review, the audit team noted that HHH Machinery & Electrical had established and implemented the new version of the ISO 9001 quality management system; however, some issues still remain. They recommended taking corrective actions to address these identified problems.
General Manager Sheng Tongfei expressed gratitude to the audit team for their diligent efforts over the past three days, emphasizing that all departments within the company will place high priority on addressing the issues raised and carefully considering the team’s valuable recommendations. They will promptly rectify any non-conformities, submit timely feedback to the New Era Audit Team, and leverage these corrective actions as a key catalyst for strengthening and improving HHH Machinery & Electrical Equipment’s quality management system. By focusing on critical areas, tackling persistent challenges, and moving forward steadily, the company will continuously refine its quality management framework in line with the PDCA cycle approach—ensuring ongoing optimization and excellence.
