Recently, the Weihai Mobile Equipment Power Conversion Technology and Application Engineering Research Center, established by HHH Cooperation MACH. ELEC.CO., LTD., successfully passed the acceptance inspection conducted by the Weihai Science and Technology Bureau. Since 2018, with the growth of China's blue economy, HHH Mechatronics has leveraged its Mobile Equipment Power Conversion Technology and Application Engineering Research Center to extend power transmission technology into the fields of offshore engineering equipment and intelligent fishing gear for marine ranches. The center is currently focusing on five key research areas: 1. **Advancing Power Conversion Technologies**: This involves optimizing the efficient conversion of mechanical energy from engines into various forms of power. A primary focus is ensuring that fluid transmission systems and control mechanisms can respond swiftly to changes in engine speed, enabling stable output of diverse power types. Additionally, the center is exploring how to maximize and expand the practical applications of different power sources—particularly in promoting the use of electromagnetic energy and high-pressure water systems. 2. **Localizing Core Components and Services**: The center conducts in-depth studies on critical foreign-made components such as hydraulic pumps, valves, generators, and high-pressure water pumps, aiming to facilitate their partial or full-scale assembly and production within HHH Mechatronics' facilities. 3. **Developing Offshore Positioning Systems**: Building on the successful integration and adaptation of advanced foreign technologies, the center is committed to localizing these systems, thereby reducing production costs and capturing a larger share of the market. 4. **Promoting Smart Fishing Solutions**: The center is leading the transition of existing non-standardized marine aquaculture practices toward more scalable, modular, and industrialized farming models. This initiative aligns closely with Weihai City’s vision of becoming a "Demonstration City for Marine Economic Development," while also contributing to Shandong Province’s goal of establishing itself as a "Maritime Powerhouse." Recently, HHH Cooperation MACH. ELEC.CO., LTD. established Weihai City Mobile Equipment Power Conversion Technology and Application Engineering Research Center Successfully passed the acceptance inspection by the Weihai Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. Since 2018, with the development of China's blue ocean economy, HHH Electromechanical has established Research Center for Mobile Equipment Power Conversion Technology and Application Engineering Extending powertrain technology to offshore engineering equipment and intelligent fishing systems for marine ranches, the research focuses on the following five key areas:
1. In terms of enhancing power conversion technology—specifically, how to efficiently transform the mechanical energy generated by engines—we focus on two key areas: First, ensuring that fluid transmission and control systems respond swiftly to changes in engine speed for mobile equipment, enabling stable output of various forms of power. 2. Regarding diverse power applications, our emphasis is on effectively leveraging and expanding the use of different power sources in real-world production activities—particularly through the widespread adoption of electromagnetic energy and high-pressure water technologies.
2. Local adaptation and service of core components—specifically, conducting detailed research on key foreign components such as hydraulic pumps, valves, generators, high-pressure water pumps, and more—which can then be partially or fully assembled and produced at HHH Electromechanical’s facility.
3. In the area of offshore engineering positioning device R&D, we aim to reduce production costs by localizing components, building on the introduction, assimilation, and adaptation of advanced foreign technologies, thereby capturing a larger share of the market.
4. In the field of intelligent marine harvesting, we are leading and driving the gradual transition of existing non-standardized marine aquaculture models toward large-scale, industrialized farming that is standardized and modular—contributing to Weihai City’s vision of becoming a "demonstration city for marine economic development" and helping Shandong province solidify its position as a "maritime powerhouse."
The company will continue to focus on developing hydraulic transmission systems, intelligent electrical control systems, powertrain systems, and electro-hydraulic control systems.
