To enrich employees' cultural lives, foster better communication and collaboration across the company’s departments, strengthen team harmony, and boost overall team cohesion, the company’s Party branch took the lead, with the Comprehensive Management Office planning and organizing a half-day "Unite Hearts, Inspire Others"—a team-building hike and mindfulness retreat to the Wuran Temple Scenic Area this golden autumn September. Nestled at the southern foot of Taibo Peak, the main summit of Kunyu Mountain, Wuran Temple was once the most prominent ancient Buddhist monastery in Jiaodong, dating back to the Yongkang era of Emperor Huan of the Eastern Han Dynasty. According to the "Ninghai Prefecture Gazetteer," as early as the Warring States period, a temple had already been established there, named "Wuran Yuan" to symbolize "purity of the six senses for those who dwell within."

The weather cooperated beautifully, with a refreshing morning breeze. Filled with excitement and anticipation, we proceeded... 1 A one-hour joyful journey—everyone arrived safely at Wu Ranshi Temple.
